  •  Where is Wiogora School of Wonder & Wisdom?

    • Wiogora is held at First Unitarian Church of Worcester, 90 Main Street, Worcester, MA 01608. 

  • When is Wiogora? What is the daily schedule?

    • Wiogora School of Wonder & Wisdom will run Monday through Friday for two weeks from Monday July 27th through Friday August 7th, 2020.
    • Families and the wider community are cordially invited and encouraged to come to the Wiogora Celebration on Sunday, August 2nd, at 10:30 a.m., followed by a reception, open house, and Quidditch!
    • Our official schedule begins at 9 am and concludes at 3:30 pm each day. (On the First Day family members may stay for the opening ceremony and sorting, if desired.)
    • Regular drop-off is from 8:40-9:00 am. Regular pick-up is from 3:30-3:50 pm.

  • When is the earliest I can bring my young scholar? When is the latest I can pick them up? What if I can't make it on time?

    • Before Care is available beginning at 7am.
    • After Care is available until 5:30pm.
      • If you anticipate needing before or after care, or choose to sign up for it so your young scholar can participate in clubs, be sure to  preregister in their registration form so we can plan. 
      • Both Before and After Care scholars are dropped off and picked up in the Magical Activities Room and are supervised by trained staff at all times. They participate in special interest clubs from 8:00 to 8:45 am, and/or 3:45-4:45 pm. 
    • If you have not enrolled in After Care but find that you cannot pick up your scholar on time, we may ask, at our discretion, that you pay the After Care fee.

  • Is lunch provided?

    • Though a snack is provided each day, scholars need to bring their own peanut -free lunch.

  • When are final program fees due?

    • Fees are  due on June 15th. Later payments may be accepted but only by prior arrangement with the Gringott's Goblin. If you think you may struggle to pay the registration fees by the 15th then contact the Gringott's Goblin at thegringottsgoblin@firstunitarian.com Scholarships are always available, again contact the Gringott's Goblin to apply.

  •  I am applying for ELFS! Should I register as a young scholar as well?

    • No, this is not necessary - just fill out the staff application. If you are not accepted into the ELFS program this year, we will gladly help you make the proper arrangements at that time.

  • Do I have to register online, or is there a paper form I can use instead?
